  • Is it strictly female only?

    Yes we are strictly female only, we are a salon run by women for women.  

  • what is the maximum amount of people that can book the spa?

    The Spa facilities can accommodate  up to 8 guests at a time. 

  • What do we wear for the jacuzzi and sauna ?

    We ask that you wear swim wear only while using the spa facilities, this can be anything of lycra material.

    No cotton  t-shirts or leggings please.

  • Can you use the spa and have treatments if you are pregnant ?

    We do not advise you to use the spa facilities if you are pregnant.

    However it is down to personal preference if you wish to use the jacuzzi.

  • Are all treatments done in the spa room with spa bookings?

    The Spa area consists of two treatment beds, the beds are used with bookings of 4 or more.


    It isn’t standard procedure to use these beds for all treatments.


    we advise you discuss this at time of booking, if you wish to guarantee using these beds an extra charge will be incurred. 

  • Can we get ready after our spa time?

    If you would need extra time to get ready please let our receptionist know at the time of booking.

  • Can we bring food and drink in the spa room?

    unfortunately due to health and safety we can not allow any food or beverages to be consumed within the spa room.

  • Can we play our own music in the spa room?

    No, we ask clients to respect noise volumes whilst in the spa area as other treatment rooms are in use.



  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require a 72 hour cancellation notice. If you are late for your appointment, it will affect your time at the spa, so please give yourself enough time to get to the spa and check your route before you leave.

     

    Please note if you have booked for a party of 2 or more people and on the day of the booking a member of the party does not show without any notice, the full amount for that person will still be charged.


    The deposit paid is per person therefore if we receive notice within 72hours of cancelation for that person, only the deposit will be chargeable. 


    If you wish to make any additional bookings or changes to your booking, we will also require notice.


  • Is there parking available?

    Yes you can find parking on glendale avenue.


    Please note from Monday to Friday we have resident parking from 11am till 1pm.

     We do supply visitor permits for £1 per hour. Please ask the receptionist at arrival if a permit is needed.

  • What do we need to bring with us?

    At the beauty lodge we want all our guests to feel at ease so all you need to bring is your swimwear. We provide use of a robe, towels and flip flops.

  • Can we shower after treatments?

    During the treatment, your therapist will use a variety of oils or lotions. These provide the right amount of slip and friction for maximum massage benefit. They also condition your skin and aid relaxation with aromatherapy scents. 

    We recommend to keep the lotions on your skin to continue receiving aromatherapy and moisturizing benefits.


    however if you wish to still shower after your treatment please inform your therapist before your treatment so we can accomodate

  • What is the minimum age in the Spa and treatments?

    The minimum age for access to the Spa is 12 years but any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Spa Day guests must be 18 years or over to make a booking 


    We are able to offer treatments (excluding waxing) to 14-16 year olds. A parent/guardian must be present in the room/station at all times and must sign the consultation form on their behalf.
